Assistant Manager/ Senior Specialist / Specialist (Distributor Business)

The Role:

  • To develop and implement sales marketing strategies
  • Manage monthly production, sales and inventory planning
  • Conduct competitive analysis and positioning
  • Secure new business opportunities
  • Help coordinate the various regional business development efforts and marketing projects
  • Work independently with internal marketing support group or jointly with external distributors to organise events/seminars/product launches/training, etc.
  • Assist in developing business plans and financial budgets and preparing presentation materials
  • Produce regular management reports (Sales performance reports, competitors' activities reports, industry updates, etc)

The Person:

  • Degree in Business/Marketing/Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline. MBA/MSc is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years' proven track record in regional sales and/or marketing in the personal computer industry
  • Mature, independent and proactive hands-on person with good business acumen
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented and customer focused
  • Excellent prioritising and negotiation skills
  • A good team player
  • Frequent travelling is expected
